The QD Type Double Girder Bridge Crane, also known as the QD Hook Bridge Crane, is primarily composed of the bridge frame, trolley traveling mechanism, trolley, and electrical equipment. Based on usage frequency, it is classified into two working grades: A5 and A6. All crane operations are controlled from within the operator’s cabin. The lifting capacity ranges from 5 to 50 tons, utilizing middle-track or semi-offset narrow box-section main girders with walkways.
The operator’s cabin is available in both enclosed and open designs. For special requirements, an insulated cabin equipped with air conditioning or cooling fans can be provided. For specific needs, ground operation or wireless remote control can also be offered.
The main hoisting mechanism is equipped with a single brake. For handling hazardous or high-temperature red-hot materials, a dual-brake system is available as an option. Cranes designed for outdoor use are fitted with rainproof devices.
